We develop and produce customer specific electronic components and devices primarily in the following fields:

• Power electronics

e.g. inverter power stages, ultra compact high power stages, PFC / AFE (active PFC 1~ oder 3~), brake chopper for drives and wind energy converters, battery chargers up to >1000A, IGBT DC/DC converters up to >100kW, electronic loads with energy recovery for burn-in test of power supplies in large quantities

We have special know-how regarding the cooling of ultra compact power stages including liquid colling, forced air cooling and natural convection.

• Power supplies

e.g. primary side SMPS, DC/DC converter with or without galvanic isolation, linear power supplies

We have specific experience in the whole power range from less than 10W up to more than 30kW!

• Analogue / Measurement engineering / Sensors

e.g. current sensors, milli-ohmmeter, temperature measurement, analogue control units

• electronic components for wind energy converters up to 100kW

e.g. battery charge controller, brake chopper, control units

• electronic designs in general

On demand we also organise the EMC qualification of the components. Prototypes and small quantities are manufactured inhouse. For larger quantities we cooperate with external companies.
