Kelvin Test Leads
Kelvin clips make the connection of the device under test much easier since the four-terminal sensing can be realised with only 2 clips. Both jaws of the clip are insulated against each other. One jaw carries the measurement current and the other is used as sensing terminal.
The design of our Kelvin test leads is optimised since the uncertainties during the measurement – caused by the inductive coupling between the force lines and the sense lines – are minimised. Therefore, standard Kelvin test leads should not be used even if they are very massive!
Kelvin test leads for small devices under test (KK12-4):

Kelvin Test Leads for Extension Units
The following test leads are only for use with our extension units. Depending on the maximum measuring current of the extension unit the 3-phase test lead sets are dimensioned for the appropriate device.

Conventional Test Leads
For measuring objects that cannot be placed next to the measurement device due to their size or weight, a set of extra long test leads is available. This cable set also provides the opportunity to connect measuring objects with connecting points spaced far apart.
Use of the extra long cable set is only recommended if they are really necessary, since measuring inaccuracies may increase with very small inductance values.
